UX Research & Strategy
I specialize in uncovering behavioral and emotional insights to inform the design of intuitive and purpose-driven digital products. By conducting user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder workshops, and competitive analysis, I help teams define the why behind the what. I bring structure to ambiguity, synthesizing data into actionable UX strategies that align user needs with business goals. Whether it's mapping out complex service ecosystems or refining interaction flows, I ensure each design decision is backed by evidence and empathy.
UI & Interaction Design
My approach to interface design balances aesthetics, usability, and consistency. I create clean, accessible, and scalable UI systems that adapt across devices and platforms. From initial sketches and wireframes to polished high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, I ensure that visual design supports both functionality and emotional tone. I work fluently with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, always paying close attention to detail, from typography and color to micro-interactions. I don’t just design what looks good, I design what works and feels right.
Behavioral UX Design
With a strong interest in behavioral psychology, my work often focuses on shaping user decisions and reducing friction at key moments in digital journeys. My thesis at Returbo AB explores post-purchase behavior in e-commerce, how UX can shift returns into exchanges through subtle design interventions. Whether I’m designing fintech tools that simplify invoicing or SaaS platforms that streamline workflows, I always look for ways to make products not only functional but emotionally intelligent. I believe meaningful UX drives both user satisfaction and long-term business success.
Branding
My branding work blends strategic thinking with visual storytelling to help products and services resonate on a deeper level. Whether launching a startup or reimagining an existing identity, I focus on building brand systems that are coherent, expressive, and adaptable. I co-founded and led design at InvoicePad, developing its visual language from scratch while aligning it with business strategy. From logo design and typography to tone of voice and digital presence, I ensure every brand element communicates clearly, consistently, and confidently.
